More About Me

Experience and Compassion

I am a native-born Vermonter and I have made the Boston area my home for many years. I came to Boston to work as a radiation therapist treating cancer patients at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Prior to my career at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, I was a landscape contractor executing large commercial contracts as well as residential new construction and maintenance. My family operated a retail garden center as well as a general store and gas station.   During my time as a contractor and retail garden center owner, I learned a lot about the construction trades and to provide excellent customer service to my clients.

Eventually, I went back to school and earned a degree in Radiography and a degree in Radiation Therapy to make the move to Boston. One of the greatest gifts that I have received as a medical professional is the development of emotional intelligence, compassion, and empathy on a whole new level.

I have been able to leverage my skills as a contractor and compassionate listener to work with my real estate clients on some of the biggest decisions they face as a home seller or buyer. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to explore all possibilities and zero in on the factors that will determine a successful real estate transaction.

In addition to my career in real estate, I am a member of the Winchester Housing Partnership Board and a member of the board of the Winchester Council on Aging. My focus with both community boards is to keep informed about emerging housing opportunities in Winchester and work toward providing increased affordable housing for the elderly and people with income constraints.

When I am not working, I enjoy family time, running, gardening, volunteering and Freemasonry.
